Oops! Did you forget to apply your coupon code? No worries -- it happens to everyone.

Here's how to fix it -- access your Billing page from your Profile menu, and select Cancel Subscription. Once it's been cancelled, you'll be able to sign back up and apply the coupon code during the checkout process.

Finally, send us an email letting us know that you cancelled and re-opened your account using the coupon code. We'll check your history and issue your refund for the initial charge.
