Before you can use the app, you’ll need to create an account using your web browser. Here’s a guide to walk you through it.
What's the difference between a Coupon Code and a Referral Code? How do I use these?
Your Referral Code is used right at the very beginning of your account creation process.
You'll receive a referral code from a friend or a business partner. This code extends your free trial for another 14 days. Once you're a #TRAKstar yourself, you can share your own Referral Code with others, and receive $1 off per active user per month. Win for you, win for them!
What about your Coupon Code? This is a special discount or promotion offered by Traktivity, and you'll apply this code on your Billing page. Right above your credit card information and below your plan selection, input your Coupon Code. When you review your cart, you'll see the discount or promotion applied to your total charge.
How do I add more contacts?
What’s a Reachout? How is it different from a Conversation or a Validation?
A reachout happens anytime you initiate contact with a prospective partner or customer. If you send them an email, give them a call, schedule a coffee date, or interact with them on social media -- that’s a reachout. It could also be that preliminary chat when you meet someone new, collect their information, and plan to meet again soon.
A conversation takes things to the next level. You’ve moved beyond getting-to-know you, and your prospect has a genuine interest in your business and product. If you’re talking about your business, how it’s changed your life, and the opportunities it provides for anyone with a purpose and a passion, that’s an initial conversation!
A validation builds on your conversation, and helps answer any additional questions while sharing another perspective and experience with your prospect. It’ll often look like a conference call or a meet-up with your prospect and an experienced member of your team, but sometimes it may be an event. A validation gives your contact the chance to hear about the benefits of your product from an expert consultant, which builds even more trust in your business.
Once I’ve made notes on a reachout, follow-up, or conversation, can I go back and edit the notes or add more?

This icon indicates that this person is on your Dream Team. Select the star for your hottest and most dynamic prospects - those who you can’t wait to share the opportunity with!
How can I update contacts that aren’t on my Win The Day list?
If you’re logging a reachout or conversation, or want to edit your contact details for someone who doesn’t show up on your Win the Day ist, visit the Contacts section. From here, you can search for the person and log any updates or interactions directly to their profile.
